Intermec offers you the opportunity to try out units at a very attractive cost. You can purchase a Demo Product at up to 65% rebate from the Price List

What is the lead time for Intermec products?

Lead time for the preferred configurations (the top selling part numbers) is on average 2 weeks and for the available configurations (products manufactured on a build-to-order basis) about 6 weeks. Lead time can vary depending on quantity ordered.

 

 

How to become Honours Partner?

Please remove the existing text Honours partner is the entry level to the honours partner program. Honours partners purchase exclusively through the two-tier channel. As a requirement of their status honours partners commit to training at least one of their staff according to the basic technology and products areas listed below, there is a mandatory assessment available for each area. This training is free of charge.

 

Basic Technology & Products Training

This online training package is available on Intermec University and consists of technology, product and application information in the areas of in-field, in-premise, printer and RFID systems. There is an assessment available for each technology area. For an Intermec honours partner at least one member of staff is required to pass two or more of the online assessments listed below before the partner is eligible to buy Intermec products from the two-tier distribution channel.

On passing the assessments each partner receives a unique authorisation number.

 

Intermec University Registration:

Before using the resources available on Intermec University it is necessary to register. Visit www.intermecuniversity.com to register. Registrations will only be validated for users with a corporate email address. First login: Within 48 hours of registration applicants will receive a unique username and password allowing access to the Intermec University EMEA partner web site. Issue

What is the RMA policy?

Our RMA (Return Material Authorisation) policy is designed to be as convenient for you as possible. Documentation is available in: Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands

 

DOA-RMA
If a product arrives "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), please contact the Customer Service team immediately, and then complete the RMA form. DOA Policies vary by vendor. We will assist you in applying the manufacturer's policy and help you get the process started. Please note that RMA numbers are only valid for thirty days and all products received without an RMA number will be returned unopened.

How to become ScanSource Reseller?

In order to become ScanSource Reseller you have to apply for credit.

 

Customers in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland and the UK can apply for credit online. This application is currently available in English, French, German and Italian and will be rolled out for other languages and countries shortly.
